Witter Ranch Park Cellular Facility Proposal Presentation

As discussed in prior meetings and email communications, Frank Schabarum representing AT&T Mobility (applicant) will present a proposal to build a cellular transmission facility at Witter Ranch Park in order to improve its coverage and capacity in our area. In addition to providing residents and their guests improved reception on their AT&T Wireless phones and devices, the fees generated by lease payments to the city are expected to contribute to projects that will improve safety and quality of life in our neighborhood. WRCA’s board has been working with Frank for the past year to provide feedback and to steer the design of the project in a direction that the board believes is more suitable for our neighborhood. The purpose of this presentation is to display the design of the proposed project and to answer or address any questions or concerns the community may have. AT&T hopes to earn our leadership’s support for the project.

Notice: Out of courtesy to meeting attendees, audio and video recording is prohibited without (1) announcement to all in attendance in advance of commencing any recording, (2) approval of a majority of board members present, and (3) a legible sign being affixed on the meeting room door(s) to alert attendees arriving after the announcement is made.
