Witter Ranch Park Cellular Facility Proposal Presentation
As discussed in prior meetings and email communications, Frank Schabarum representing AT&T Mobility (applicant) will present a development application to build a cellular transmission facility at Witter Ranch Park in order to improve its coverage and capacity in our area. In addition to providing residents and their guests improved reception on their AT&T Wireless phones and devices, the fees generated by lease payments to the city are expected to contribute to projects that will improve safety and quality of life in our neighborhood. WRCA’s board has been working with Frank for the past two years to provide feedback and to steer the design of the project in a direction that the board believes is more suitable for our neighborhood. The purpose of this presentation is to display a revised design of the proposed project and to answer or address any questions or concerns the community may have. AT&T hopes to earn our leadership’s support for the project.

Sacramento Police Department
Barring unforeseen circumstances, we may have one or more members of our police department on hand as a special guest to provide us an update and answer our questions.

Special guests Elena Quintero, Vice Mayor Ashby’s parks liaison, and Rosemarie Ruggieri, Vice Mayor Ashby’s appointed Parks & Recreation Commissioner, will discuss Elena’s teams’ work in maintaining and beautifying our neighborhood parks plus North Natomas park projects that are planned or in progress.
