General Meetings
WRCA general meetings are on a bimonthly schedule, usually the last Monday of odd-numbered months. Residents and business operators within our area boundaries are welcome and encouraged to attend our general meetings — no invitation is necessary. Guests (those who are not residents or business operators within our boundaries) with an interest in our community and a desire to attend one of our meetings are encouraged to contact us first so that we can attempt to accommodate. Guests who do appear without advanced notice are not guaranteed time on our agenda.

- Meetings begin at 6:30 PM but arrive as early as 6 PM to socialize, buy food, etc.
- Every effort is made to end meetings by 8:00 PM.
- Meetings are usually in the party room at Round Table Pizza, 3290 Arena Blvd., Suite 600 — Check agenda for location updates

Board Meetings
Our board meetings are also on a bimonthly schedule, usually the last Monday of even-numbered months. Members and community members are welcome to attend our board meetings if they wish to observe or speak with board members on matters that are important to them.
