The Events Committee is responsible for planning and executing Witter Ranch Community Alliance’s events, including our annual National Night Out festival. National Night Out is “America’s Night Out Against Crime” falls on the first Tuesday in August and WRCA celebrates this nationwide event with a huge festival at Witter Ranch Park.
